It’s a new year and season. You will often hear people proclaiming that they are starting a fresh new set of goals or aiming towards some grand achievement before the year does another 365¼ orbit around the Sun.
As humans, we have the inbuilt feeling/urge to gratify a new need, leaving previous needs (whether those goals were achieved or not).
In a natural sense, our minds are on a downward slope on a path headed to gross corruption when not led by the Holy Spirit, because the battle for our mind is a real battle that we all fight daily.
The devil craftily sets out to corrupt our minds, that’s why we as believers need to incline our minds in God’s direction completely, even needs in the year 2023 will be incline in God’s acknowledgement purpose.
Put off your old self, which belongs to your former manner of life and is corrupt through deceitful desires.

Start year 2023 afresh by having a new identity in christ with God’s acknowledgement that will be recognized by your family, friends, and loved ones exclaiming ”Hell no!!! He/She is for Christ presently” in whisper behind you.
Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.
