Therefore get wisdom, and with all thy getting get understanding.Proverbs 4:7 (KJV)
The fact or condition of knowing something with familiarity gained through experience or association is described in Mariam-Webster dictionary
There are things we do everyday from innate knowledge (that is, things we have naturally learnt to do). An example of that is recognition of faces, or walking. These are things that cannot easily be lost.
Acquired knowledge on the other hand – what you learn by reading or some other form of education – can be easily lost. Well, not actually lost, more like forgotten for the time it is not in use.
However, this doesn’t need be so. Consistent meditation, reading and applying the wisdom of the Holy Spirit will absolutely help one stay knowledgeable, stay relevant and become fulfilled in any field of endeavour that the person is involved in.
The extent to which one embraces knowledge determines the heights he or she attains. Knowledge is Power!
Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.2 Tim 2:15 (KJV)
