What do you do after getting all the ingredients you need to make a delicious pot of soup? You start cooking! Your craving for a locally or internationally prepared soup isn’t enough to do the magic, action has to be taken. It’s either you cook it yourself or get it somewhere else (either paid for or free 😋).
Writing out the most intriguing plans or goals won’t help you because they don’t become a reality until you push further. It’s not until you do all you have written out that you start seeing the desired results. Executing your plans, though might come at the end of this chain, is a crucial part of the process.
“Without strategy, execution is aimless. Without execution, strategy is useless.”Morris Chang
Another key factor that aids your plan and makes it sound, is to put it ‘up’ somewhere you can get reminded about it daily. It helps you stay consistent, helps you know how fast and far you’ve gone. There are times when you run out of steam after achieving a few of your plans and then you start losing sight of the future target.
At work, the start of each day comes with different tasks and responsibilities. For me, carrying over any of these tasks makes my job the next day more cumbersome. So, I try a simple trick. I type out all I have to do daily (as they come up) on the screen of the laptop I use and with the help of the sticky note, I keep seeing it every time I sit at my desk. It has made me more effective and productive at my job, I think you should try it in every area of your life. (Or share with me a method that works for you in the comment section😉)

As you proceed on your journey to goals actualization and achievement, I can tell you that it’ll definitely not be rosy at every moment. But you know another secret that works? Celebrate the ‘little’ wins. Be your cheerleader even as you crush goals and advance towards other ones.
Proverbs 16:3 Commit your actions to the LORD, and your plans will succeed.
Everything starts and revolves around God. It’ll be a huge mistake for you to conceive ideas, plan about them and then execute them without consulting the Chief Executive Officer of your life. God has to be in the know of all you do with your life because He sees the end from the beginning. So, after all, you’ve perfectly planned out, commit everything to Him, this way guidance and ease come your way.
Proverbs 16:9 We plan the way we want to live, but only GOD makes us able to live it.
With God in your boat comes a special gift of enablement. His Spirit rests upon you and then you’re fired up to do exploits! After all, you weren’t made for less… Now’s the best time to start!
